Scholarship Information for College EducationSave Money on Your Career Training with ScholarshipsPresidential Scholarship - Up to five (5) 25% student scholarships will be awarded at the Hazleton, Pottsville, Dickson City, Allentown, and Sunbury McCann campuses. Academic Excellence - Up to three (3) 50% education scholarships will be awarded at the Hazleton, Pottsville, Dickson City, Allentown, and Sunbury campuses. These free student scholarship programs apply to only tuition costs and the awards will be applied to the college student's account in equal amounts, based on the length of their chosen degree program. A student must maintain satisfactory academic progress and meet the McCann School of Business and Technology attendance policy to continue receiving a free scholarship each term. Graduating high school seniors who begin their full-time academic program of study during the summer school term at a McCann campus during the same year as their high school graduation are eligible. The process includes an education scholarship application, testing, and interview. Click here for a copy of the application or contact the Admissions office. The remaining testing dates are as follows: October 24, November 21, December 19, January 30, February 27, March 27, and April 10 The Children of Alumni Can Save on Their Career Education Alumni--Children of McCann alumni can receive a maximum $600 scholarship over six terms (18 months) awarded at $100 per term to be used towards bookstore purchases. Students must have full time status, and be enrolled in a degree or diploma program. There is no application deadline for this scholarship, but verification of parent attendance will be completed by the Campus Director's Office. Please contact the Admissions office for more information on qualifying for an Alumni Scholarship. Imagine America Scholarships Help High School Graduates Pursue a College Education Imagine America The Imagine America Scholarship The Imagine America Scholarship Program is a national scholarship program available to high school seniors desiring to pursue post-secondary education at a career/technical school. Each year, each high school in the United States and Puerto Rico can select up to three graduation seniors to receive a $1,000 Imagine America Scholarship. Students must meet the standard requirements of the participating career/technical school to which they apply.
