McCann School of Business & Technology Participating in The Great PA Cleanup
Hazleton, Pa. (April 21, 2016) – The McCann School of Business & Technology Hazleton campus is participating in the Great PA Cleanup at the Humboldt Industrial Park in Hazleton on Saturday, April 23, at 9 a.m. McCann student and staff volunteers will help clean up trash, junk and garbage within the area.
The Great PA Cleanup is organized by the Greater Hazleton Chamber of Commerce and is sponsored by Keep America Beautiful The initiative started in 2004 and since then over 1.2 million volunteers have picked up 61 million pounds of litter and waste, 106,000 miles of road have been cleaned and 76,000 trees, bulbs, and flowers have been planted.
